What is Focus 39?
Focus 39 is a meticulously designed 39-day cohort that guides you through mastering the art of focus. Each participant commits to a single, meaningful goal — your Core Focus — which is then enhanced through complementary skills, or what I call Skill Stacking. Here’s how it breaks down:
