T.A.P.E.D.: My Evolving Journey of Gratitude and Self-Discovery

Seventeen years ago, I started with a simple daily exercise: writing down 10 things I was grateful for.

Over time, that humble practice blossomed into a multifaceted ritual that now fuels every part of my life.

I call this practice T.A.P.E.D. — an acronym representing Thankfulness, Affirmations, Pre-scripted, Endearments, and Devotion.

Here’s how this journey has transformed my relationship with myself and the world.
